well kept gym poolside food weak water inadequate curtains
i enjoyed the well-kept gym. it has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the outdoor pool area has twenty loungers. i also appreciated the poolside food service.
the shower in my room had weak water pressure. the curtains did not fully close so the room wasn't completely dark at night. this was annoying.

nonexistent internet disappointing holiday
The location of the hotel was acceptable for what I needed.
The internet was practically nonexistent in my room. This is not a new problem, as this issue was reported three years ago. I am very disappointed in my holiday this year.

The breakfast buffet had a good range of options. The staff provided courteous service consistently. My room included a Nespresso machine (very convenient).

Victorian charm with modern service
convenient parking clean jacuzzi amazing breakfast helpful staff
The hotel boasts a very convenient guest parking option, bookable in advance. I found the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and steam room very clean and well kept (perfect for relaxation). The breakfast buffet offered an amazing variety of options, including a full english breakfast and fresh pancakes. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
The gym was somewhat small, with limited equipment, a minor drawback.

The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The outdoor pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I noticed fresh towels and dressing gowns available in the spa area.

a amazing stay
fine pools comfy bed helpful staff excellent menu
i found the hotel fine it reminded me of traveling back in time i enjoyed reading about its history the pools were clean i found the dining experience perfect breakfast had many options the bed in my room was comfy the tasting menu in the restaurant was excellent the staff were helpful
the shower had a low flow rate that was not what i expected the choice of sandwiches in the lounge was limited beef and crab were unavailable

the hotel boasts a superb location directly on the promenade guests have convenient access to the beach i saw many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the hotel it is very central

my room included a large and very comfortable bed i noticed the rooms feature spacious layouts i appreciated robes and slippers that were available for my use i saw families making use of these.

breakfast was a great experience with many choices available the service in the mirabelle restaurant stood out as really good the restaurant's tasting menu impressed me i watched other diners savor these offerings.

the staff were very attentive and helpful with any questions i had the staff helped me with my luggage upon arrival they provided prompt and efficient assistance throughout my stay it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience
